Gitea instance shutting down on October 31st

— Blame the bots.

I have decided to shut down my Gitea instance. This has been planned for many months now, but I have just now gotten down to actually doing it.

The reason for this is the large amount of bot registrations, as well as no real benefit to hosting my own instance. Honorable mention to the user who mirrored a 4.4 gigabyte repository full of garbage data.

All accounts that were never logged into after their initial creation have been deleted. Everybody else has been e-mailed.

Effective immediately, new registrations have been disabled. On October 31st, the instance will be fully shut down. There will be no public archive, please back up all of your data as soon as possible. I may be able to retrieve it for you after the fact, but please do not rely on that.

TL;DR: git.donut.eu.org is over. Back up your stuff right now.
